Shipping Policy
            Our standard shipping method is through a recognized shipping carrier.
            
                Order Processing
                
                    - In-stock products usually ship the same business day if the order and payment are confirmed by 2:00 PM EST.
- Complete integrated solutions and full systems require pre-programming and installation details before shipping. Depending on complexity, these orders may take an additional 1–4 business days to prepare.
 
            
                Shipping Locations
                
                    - We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada only.
- Shipping times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, or weather-related interruptions.
 
            
                Order Cancellations & Modifications
                
                    - Orders can only be cancelled or modified while the status is still marked as "processing." Once marked "completed," they cannot be cancelled or modified.
- If you request a shipping address change after placing your order, a $20 address change fee will apply.
 
            
                Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
                
                    - Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
 
         
        
            Return Policy
            At Y2J Inc., our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Please review the following return conditions carefully:
            
                Eligibility for Returns
                
                    - Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be in "like new" condition, in the original packaging, with all manuals, accessories, and documentation included.
- Custom solutions, phone number porting, and internet installation services are non-refundable.
- Software, software licenses, and any hardware built or modified to customer specifications are also non-refundable.
 
            
                Restocking Fee
                
                    - All authorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
 
            
                Return Process
                
                    - Contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship items using a trackable, insured carrier. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
 
            
                Refunds
                
                    - Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned product is inspected and approved.
- Please allow 10–14 business days for processing after receipt.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
 
            
                Claims for Damaged or Missing Items
                
                    - Claims must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.
 
            
                Warranty Exchanges
                
                    - If an item is defective and under warranty, we will provide a replacement in line with the manufacturer's warranty policies.
